FAQ's

These are a few of the questions I get asked. If you can't find what you are looking for then please contact me.

How much does a cake cost?

As all wedding cakes and celebration cakes are individually designed and created to your specifications the prices vary depending on size and detail. My Celebration Cakes start at £65 and Cupcakes, for a minimum of 6, start at £18

After discussing your requirements I will be able to give you a more accurate price.

Do you deliver?

For Wedding cakes or cakes that need to be set up at your venue then delivery and set up will be included in your final quote.

Delivery of larger quantities of cupcakes e.g. 100 plus can also be arranged.

If you are purchasing a cake as a gift and don't live locally, delivery can be arranged. A delivery charged will be discussed prior to your order confirmation.

I am based in Watford, Hertfordshire and collection arrangements can be made at the time of confirming your cake order.

What flavours do you do?

Pretty much anything you want! I have had lots of requests from vanilla, chocolate, lemon, to coffee, passionfruit and red velvet and will try my best to accommodate yours.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

I can make you a cake without the specific ingredient that you are allergic to e.g. wheat. However my kitchen is not an allergen free kitchen and all 14 common allergens will have been present here at some point. I will therefore never claim that my cakes are 'free from' as there may be a chance of cross contamination.

I am happy to cater for vegetarians however if you are vegan I urge you to find a baker that has more experience with vegan recipes. It is important to me that your cakes taste as good as they look and there are lots of amazing vegan cake makers out there that have perfected their recipes.

If you do have a dietary requirement that you'd like to discuss with me please don't hesitate to contact me.

What size cake do I need?

The size of your cake will depend on how many people you wish to serve. I created a blog post on this subject. Have a look here to help you decide the right size for you.
